Welcome to Stars & Steam, a cozy backyard sauna in Tremonton designed for relaxation, wellness, and traditional sauna culture. Our journey began with a trip to Tromso Norway, where we fell in love with the restorative power of saunas. Returning home, we realized there were very few options nearby for enjoying this timeless experience - so we decided to bring it to our community.

Our sauna, made locally by Cedar Built Saunas, is crafted from beautiful cedar wood and offers a warm, inviting environment. Sessions typically last about an hour and can accommodate up to 5 people - making it perfect for private or small group experiences.

We’re a family-run business, led by Tom and Maigan. Tom grew up in Tremonton and returned in 2021, bringing a love for astrophotography and the outdoors, while Maigan keeps active with half marathons and a passion for wellness. Together, we created a space where visitors can relax, recharge, and experience the health benefits of a traditional sauna right in our backyard.
